Terms of use
Last updated October 18, 2026.
These terms cover Pairly - Memory Game, made by Kin Lab. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
License
The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies in full. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the Apple agreement prevails.
Your photos
You keep all rights to the photos and captions you add. They stay on your device and we never receive them. Only add photos you have the right to use.
Pairly Pro
Pairly is free to download and play. Pairly Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks all collections, unlimited photo decks with up to 15 photos each, the Expert board, extra card backs and the holo foil frame. It is offered as:
- Pairly Pro Yearly: an auto-renewing subscription billed once a year ($19.99 per year in the US), with a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Pairly Pro Monthly: an auto-renewing subscription billed once a month ($2.99 per month in the US).
- Pairly Pro Lifetime: a one-time, non-consumable purchase ($39.99 in the US) that does not renew.
Prices vary by country or region and may change; the price shown in the app before you confirm is the price you pay.
Subscriptions and free trial
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you start a free trial, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restores and refunds
Purchases can be restored with Restore purchases in Settings on any device signed in with the same Apple Account. Purchases are billed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Kin Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using it, including loss of decks stored on your device. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
